I work relationsally which means I take the time to really get to know you. Sessions will be tailored to you and your particular strengths, challenges and goals. I combine psychotherapy with psychosexual tools and techniques, to enable us to work at depth whilst experiencing transformation. It’s not unusual for us to have some fun along the way too!
-
The first session is typically an opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and background. It's also a time to assess whether therapy is the right fit for your needs.
-
It depends. I work with people for a few sessions or a few years. If you are committed and open to the process you should expect to see results within the first 6 sessions and then we can assess and agree upon the best way forward.
-
Fees vary based on session length and type, see PRICES for more details. I offer a discount on 6 session bundles. I also offer sliding scale pricing for those with financial constraints. Contact me for more details.
-
Absolutely! Relationship therapy is not just for sexual issues. It can help with communication, trust, emotional connection, and conflict resolution.
-
You can book a session by contacting me through the website, or by emailing lucook@afterinlove.com. I’ll always aim to respond within 24 hours within a working week.
-
I work flexibly to suit your needs, however I prefer to see you weekly for the first 4 - 6 sessions to gain some consistency and momentum. After that you may wish to space sessions out to fortnightly.
